The Launch

I have had the idea of starting my own business for a few years now, but I was too scared to even start the research or determine what it was I wanted to sell. I've always hated working for someone, but I was one of those people that would use every excuse in the book "I'm tired from working all day i'll do it tomorrow', 'I don't have the money, I'll start it when I get paid tomorrow', 'I have a headache, I'll do it tomorrow' ". Until tomorrow became 4 years....

So here it is, 4 years later and I took the leap. I quit my job due to stress (maybe one day I'll tell you about that) and while I was looking for another job my sister asked me why I didn't just start my own business (like I've been talking about for years), since I wasn't working? I thought about it and realized I had no excuse. So for months I started researching everything I needed to launch an e-commerce site that sells makeup and skincare. I got my licenses I researched companies and ingredients and thats when I knew I wanted to provide vegan, all natural cruelty-free products. I contacted a few companies and ordered their products. While waiting for my order to arrive I start building my website.

For the first few days I thought, 'I am never going to get this'. After day 4 I had my homepage done. (yes it took me 4 days, don't judge me) then by the end of the week I got the hang of it and my entire website was almost complete I just needed to add the products. There were a few things I still needed to change/add but they were small.

I tell you all of that to say this website/business is my baby. I've worked hard to bring you a website that ONLY provides cruelty-free, natural vegan makeup and skincare products. This blog is to explain the different products I sell, how to use, how often to use, and just my thoughts. So comment below and let me know what you think about the site, this blog or just to say hi.
