Unless otherwise specified, due to the nature of our products, no return or exchange of merchandise will be accepted. Please read the returns or exchange policy before you place an order.
Subject to the returns or exchange policy of individual supplier, merchandise may be returned for exchange or refund within fourteen (14) days of receipt if the merchandise you ordered is faulty, defective or damaged (with no fault on your part), or the merchandise is not what you ordered, or the delivery is of incorrect quantity, provided that:
The returns or exchanges policy applies;
The merchandise is unused and in the condition originally sold together with all parts and accessories which are provided with the merchandise including, but not limited to, manuals, certificates, labels, tags, consumables, bags, and boxes;
The packaging of the merchandise must be in the condition in which it was delivered to you; and
There is a 50% restocking fee on all approved refunded orders. All missing or damaged items, must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or receipt or receipt of order in person.
A request for return, exchange or refund is notified to, and accepted by us via firstname.lastname@example.org and the merchandise is returned to us within a limited period specified by Subtle Beauty.
If any promotional discount was applied to the total purchase amount at time of purchase, you will be refunded in the amount paid at the time of purchase for that item.
You agree and accept that merchandise is acceptable for exchange subject to stocks availability.
You agree and accept that it will be at Subtle Beauty’s sole discretion whether the merchandise is accepted for return, exchange or refund.
Shipping fees to return items are the responsibility of the customer and are non refundable.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charge will be paid or reimbursed by us.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow four (4) days from receipt to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchange:
Items that have been opened and/or used
Items that are pass the fourteen (14) day allotted time after purchase date

A 50% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
